Job content:
1. As an investigator of abnormal behavior cases of company salespersons, communicate with business channels and conduct telephone interviews with policyholders to clarify and investigate abnormal cases.
2. Coordinate and coordinate various internal and external audits, support system planning and irregular projects.
3. Support the handling of complaint cases, integrate feedback on defects in the recruitment process and the company's administrative processes, and track the implementation of subsequent improvement matters.
4. Production of various routine reports and presentations
Working conditions:
1. Education: College (inclusive) or above, preferably insurance, wind management, law-related majors
2. Professional knowledge/ability: careful and responsible, positive, good work attitude and communication and coordination skills, understanding of basic insurance business processes
3. Familiar with relevant laws, data statistics collection, Microsoft Office software application, familiar with PPT and Excel key analysis.
4. Relevant experience: 3-5 years of experience in related positions in the insurance industry (legal compliance, insurance services, process planning, appeals, etc.).
