The 6-month Culinary Operations Internship at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is designed for students seeking hands-on exposure to professional culinary operations within Hyatt Regency, one of Hyatt's classic hotel brands.

The Culinary Operations Intern will gain practical experience across Chinese, Western, Commissary, and Pastry kitchen operations, supporting food preparation, kitchen coordination, compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and daily food service operations in a full-service hotel environment.
