[Crypto｜Taipei, Hong-Kong, Singapore] Head of Operations

If you understand how hedge funds run and you&aposre not afraid of the fast-changing world of crypto, this is your stage.

We&aposre building the next generation of fintech infrastructure and we need a hands-on, strategic operations leader to help us get there.

Youll work closely with the founders, CFO, engineering, and HR to make sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

What youll be doing:

• Build and streamline ops processes across research, trading, compliance, and engineering.
• Own trade lifecycle ops: reconciliation, settlements, vendor integrations, and data governance.
• Keep our infrastructure robust, secure, and responsive.
• Manage non-financial compliance and global regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee HR coordination, investor onboarding, KYC/AML, and internal workflows.
• Understand how to manage wallets, multisigs, and DeFi interactions.
• Partner with founders to turn vision into action.

What were looking for:

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience in finance, quant trading, crypto, or hedge funds.
• Solid understanding of trading infrastructure, operational risk, crypto custody, and exchange workflows.
• A degree is great; a background in tech or law is a big plus.
