Overview:
In this role, you will be the focal point for the Salesforce CRM and other Sales Tech platforms used by the Communication & Transportation Business Group (CTBG), a high-impact, high-visibility role in a fast-growing business. You will assist a wide range of users, from executives to first-line sales reps, to convert their needs into deliverables and make the wishlist come true. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders across regions and across functions are a must.
This role is part of the CTBG Sales Excellence team and reports to the Senior Manager of Sales Excellence at the US headquarters. It's a 50% business and 50% technology role, so we seek a versatile talent to bring our CRM experience to the next level.
Key platforms involved: Salesforce CRM (Mfg Cloud), MS Power BI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, In-house Quotation/Forecast/Budget Platform, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work with BG/BU/Sales leaders to harmonize processes, systems, ways of working, and CRM inputs to facilitate maximum value from CRM and associated reporting.
- Work with the Corp ISIT and DTO team, other system owners, and third-party consultants to ensure optimal information and content flow between CRM and other system instances.
- Be the go-to person within the business, training colleagues to use our CRM and other systems effectively.
- Build and refresh user guides and processes to support the effective use of our CRM and other systems.
- Produce regular reporting for BU and Sales leaders, delivering self-service reporting where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud as a consultant or administrator with abundant user-facing experience
- Proficient in MS Power BI reports, from data preparation to visualization creation, and report delivery, is a plus.
- Proficient in English and the Chinese language
- Experience in collaborating with the IT team to roll out new features and enhancements for 100+ users across the world
- Well-organized and effective project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse group of people and to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with competencies in team dynamics by leading and motivating to obtain desired results
- Attention to detail, with an ability to work with large amounts of records, identifying issues and resolutions to manage data integrity.
- Ability to support 3-5 hours of weekly cross-timezone meetings (supporting stakeholders in Germany, Ireland, US West and Central, and Asia).
