Responsibilities
1. Work closely with a flat and efficient team, from proposing ideas and design iterations to promoting development, launching and tracking product effects 2. Responsible for the brand and operation-related design work of buttons, covering brand identity, color system, peripheral materials, operational promotion, event topics, and online and offline KV design 3. Participate in product design iterations, work closely with other functions to complete high-quality design solutions, control the quality of online product experience, and ensure pixel-level restoration 4. Carefully craft every detail of product features, from idea to user experience to pixel-perfect execution.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent aesthetics, design-related subject background, bachelor degree or above, rich Internet creative marketing vision, attention to details, pursuit of pixel-level perfection 2. More than 3 years of relevant experience in user experience design, able to complete projects independently, with mature project experience and works 3. Have good creative and expressive abilities, be sensitive to fashion trends and industry changes, be proficient in using visual tools such as 3D, Figma, Photoshop, and AE, and be good at hand-drawing, which can provide more creative and expressive forms for design work 4. Have a user perspective, value user feedback and proactively gain insights into experience pain points and needs, and have a business perspective, proactively explore concepts, and promote experience innovation 5. Candidates with experience in generation tools, large model applications, or intelligent product design will be preferred.
