Reporting to the regional HR Leader with matrix reporting to Country General Manager, you will be responsible to implement the HR strategy, policies and processes of the organization. The organization is constantly developing, growing and changing so the role requires you to operate with autonomy, flexibility, resilience, independence and competence. You must be able to quickly establish effective working relationships with all levels of management and employees. You will be responsible for the full range of employee life cycle activities (recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management, exits); HR activities (policy, process implementation) and stakeholder/internal customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives overall HR strategy and plays a key role in consulting and ensuring alignment of HR processes and policies with stakeholders to support business needs and to ensure the right solutions, at the right time and the right place.
  • Actively drives HR process improvement and coaching to raise the capabilities of the team.
  • Effectively executes a wide range of core HR processes and initiatives including but not limited to Talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance and talent management, learning and development, change management, payroll, compensation and benefits.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure quality and on time talent acquisitions
  • Contributes to the development of an organizational workforce that is productive and motivated.
  • Partner closely with the business to create a positive work environment with high-performance culture
  • Establish, develop, review and revise HR policies and practices to be aligned with labor law and regulations as well as Corporate policies and practices to avoid people and labor issues.
  • Coordinate with business leaders and regional HR Leader on the career development and succession plan of each function and develop effective talent management actions to ensure the right talents are in place to meet business growth and expansion plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or a Master's degree in HR Management, Organization Development or other relevant discipline
  • At least 10 years HR Generalist experience in commercial industry
  • Minimum 5 years of strong leadership and management experience in an international company
  • Service-minded and ability to adapt to a matrix work environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Good understanding of local Labor Law
  • Ability to translate business needs into Human Resources initiatives
  • Fluent in English as a business language - written and verbal
