Cost Management Project Manager

Job Description

1. Cost Accounting & Control

Manage cost accounting operations, establish standard costing, and perform cost settlement.

2. Budgeting & Financial Analysis

Prepare and monitor annual budgets.

Conduct cost variance analysis, gross margin analysis, and profitability analysis by product and customer.

Prepare and analyze management reports, providing actionable improvement recommendations.

3. Investment & Business Evaluation

Evaluate the financial impact of equipment investments, product lines, new products, new customers, and new transactions.

4. Strategic Projects & Performance Improvement

Lead annual projects such as the systematization of cost information collection, setting performance indicators for production units, and analyzing operational KPIs.

Provide decision-making support and propose solutions to enhance operational performance.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above. Major subject in Accounting/Finance/ or Business Administration

2. 10 years of relevant experience, at least 3 years of analysis in semiconductor industry.

3. TOEIC score of 600 or above (or equivalent English proficiency).

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both of Mandarin and English
