Job Description

Our client is a distinguished professional services firm with a global presence, seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client servicing within the group
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries and requests.
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of existing and prospective clients, including their industries and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and update statutory registers and books for your assigned client portfolio.
  • Oversee the preparation, coordination, and submission of statutory forms and documents to regulatory bodies
  • Supervise the daily operations of the group, ensuring that all client communications are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing current policies, procedures, and client service arrangements, aligning with evolving business and regulatory practices.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Corporate Governance, Law or related subjects
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role with experience in both onshore and offshore funds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
