Job Description

Our client is a publicly listed company looking to hire a Corporate Communications Manager in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee internal and external corporate communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Maintain relationships with industry professionals, stakeholders, and media outlets.
  3. Manage the release of press releases, announcements, interim and annual reports, and ESG reports, ensuring all legal, regulatory, and compliance issues are addressed.
  4. Develop and implement proactive public relations plans to support business objectives.
  5. Cultivate positive media relationships.
  6. Develop communication programs, including digital media channels, for effective brand marketing.
  7. Coordinate various projects, such as trade shows and promotional campaigns.
  8. Organize corporate social activities to promote the company's image and fulfil social responsibilities.
  9. Develop internal programs to instil and reinforce corporate culture.
  10. Manage ad-hoc public affairs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Journalism, Business, or related disciplines.
  2. 6-8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in Hong Kong-listed companies.
  3. Excellent language skills, including spoken and written English and Chinese.
  4. Strong managerial, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently, with a preference for experience in the technology industry.
  6. Relevant experience in investor relations and government relations is advantageous.
