Our client is a publicly listed company looking to hire a Corporate Communications Manager in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal and external corporate communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain relationships with industry professionals, stakeholders, and media outlets.
- Manage the release of press releases, announcements, interim and annual reports, and ESG reports, ensuring all legal, regulatory, and compliance issues are addressed.
- Develop and implement proactive public relations plans to support business objectives.
- Cultivate positive media relationships.
- Develop communication programs, including digital media channels, for effective brand marketing.
- Coordinate various projects, such as trade shows and promotional campaigns.
- Organize corporate social activities to promote the company's image and fulfil social responsibilities.
- Develop internal programs to instil and reinforce corporate culture.
- Manage ad-hoc public affairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Journalism, Business, or related disciplines.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in Hong Kong-listed companies.
- Excellent language skills, including spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong managerial, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a preference for experience in the technology industry.
- Relevant experience in investor relations and government relations is advantageous.
