We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, cross-team communication, and ensuring smooth operational processes within an investment management environment.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the CFO and external counterparties, including prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators, auditors, and banks
Assist in trade flow monitoring, settlement follow-ups, and exception handling with brokers and internal teams
Coordinate operational inquiries, data requests, and issue escalations between internal departments
Maintain up-to-date records of operational procedures, counterparty contacts, and workflow documentation
Support regulatory, compliance, and reporting-related operational tasks as needed
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency
Provide general support to the CFO on daily operational matters and cross-functional projects

Qualifications
15 years of experience in operations, fund admin, custody, brokerage, auditing, or related financial fields
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple counterparties simultaneously
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
Solid understanding of basic investment products (equities, futures, FX, funds, etc.) is a plus
Proficiency in Excel and operational documentation; familiarity with Bloomberg or fund admin systems preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Ability to thrive under time-sensitive environments with multiple stakeholders
