Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and program PLC systems using Siemens (TIA Portal / S7) and Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)
- Lead and manage automation projects end-to-end
- Prepare control architecture, I/O lists, and functional design specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and site activities
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and control system issues
- Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Mentor junior engineers (for Project Lead role)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or control systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC, FactoryTalk, etc.)
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus)
- Good project coordination and communication skills
