About this opportunity:

The Contract Manager supports legal affairs by drafting and negotiating commercial terms in cooperation with the Customer Unit (Taiwan and Hong Kong) and Core 3 roles. This role owns the entire contract management lifecycle, ensuring contractual strategies align with commercial value and long-term business goals.

What you will do:

  • Lifecycle Management: Coordinate contract tasks from qualification and RFP responses through negotiation and final execution.
  • Strategy & Value: Develop proactive contractual strategies to improve terms, protect margins, and create up-sell opportunities.
  • Risk & Compliance: Perform risk management throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring adherence to the Ericsson Business Delegation (EBD) and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Execution Monitoring: Oversee contract handover, monitor Statement of Work (SOW) compliance, manage change requests, and ensure all parties meet their obligations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Support customer and supplier negotiations to maintain enduring relationships and secure financial results (working capital and margins).
  • Governance: Manage contract closure and implement corrective actions when necessary.

The skills you bring:

  • Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven track record in Contract Management, Project Management, or Sales (Pre/Post Award). Experience in B2B enterprise or IT-related contracts is preferred.
  • Certification: Ability to obtain a globally recognized Contract Management certification within 18 months of joining.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM/CLM), Premium Proposal, IODM, and Contract Management Blueprint.
  • Behavioral Competencies: * Commercial thinking and strategy formulation.
    • Strong persuasion, influencing, and decision-making skills.
    • Proven ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
