Job Responsibilities
- To track the progress and principles of Operational Excellence implementation across the organization.
- To coordinate the Root Cause Investigation (RCI) process and monitor the completion status of RCI events, assessing their effectiveness.
- To facilitate site-wide Point Kaizen activities, including promotion, submission tracking, and the review and awarding programs.
- To organize site-wide continuous improvement initiatives, such as the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) forum and Operational Excellence (OpEx) Day.
- To manage the operations of the Master Black Belt (MBB) and Black Belt (BB) panels.
- To provide support for the Operational Excellence (OpEx) sub-hub operations.
- To Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- To stay updated on corporate operational excellence content and best practices, incorporate relevant innovations into the organization's processes.
Job Qualification
- At least Master Degree (Industrial Engineer, Management or Engineer related), 2. Green Belt, Black Belt or Any Six Sigma Equivalent Certification is preferred.
