Content Strategy Operations Manager - Volcano Engine

1. Responsible for the operation of the Volcano Engine content cooperation strategy, and responsible for one or more tasks of content security, quality, introduction, and distribution strategies 2. Analyze user needs, consumption characteristics, and content supply and demand structure, explore content supply and demand and consumption growth points, propose solutions, and promote implementation 3. Responsible for content quality and user experience management, collaborate with product, technology and algorithm departments, and be responsible for content supply and content security 4. Based on data analysis, promote product strategy optimization and improve product core indicators.

1. Bachelor degree or above, journalism, mathematics, statistics and other related majors are preferred 2. More than 1 year of content or product operation experience, experience in information flow, short videos, media, social media is preferred 3. Familiar with the consumption characteristics of information or video products, understand user needs, be sensitive to data, and be proficient in using data analysis tools 4. Be familiar with hot topics, care about current affairs, understand and agree with personalized recommendations, and have a certain understanding of machine algorithms and manual recommendations 5. Have project management capabilities, clear logic, strong communication skills and resource integration capabilities, and the ability to withstand stress.
