The Content Manager is accountable for the implementation of a content strategy as part of the Asia regional brand team and regional brand initiatives assist in content management and project management.
Position Responsibilities:
Participate in content strategy development & implementation
Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive content strategies regionally that align with business objectives.
Localise or adapt the strategy to markets in collaboration with multiple teams.
Perform audits on existing content to identify gaps.
Assist in content management
Assist in maintaining and updating the Asia Content Hub with relevant and up-to-date information for internal users.
Conduct QA on copy and design assets to ensure completeness, brand consistency, and correct formatting.
Maintain organized folders structures, file naming conventions, and version control for all assets.
Support stakeholder & BU alignment
Build, refine and update presentation decks for BU alignment and socialization, including objectives, timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and status updates.
Collect, consolidate, and track feedback from multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment at each stage.
Translate meeting notes and stakeholder input into clear, structured documentation.
Capture feedback systematically and track issues through to resolution.
Assist in project planning & management
Participate in defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and notes for internal and external calls document actions and follow-up owners.
Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status dashboards, ensuring information stays accurate and up to date.
Proactively flag project risks and propose mitigation steps.
Produce timely reporting with concise summaries, insights, and clear next-step recommendations.
Lead vendor liaison & coordination
Act as the day-to-day contact for external vendors (creative agencies, writing agencies, production partners) across briefs, timelines, deliverables, and QA.
Support SOW consolidation, invoicing follow up, and basic contract routing with procurement.
Manage handover of deliverables to BUs and key stakeholders.
Conduct desktop research
Conduct structured desk research on markets, competitors, audiences, and industry topics as needed.
Synthesize findings into clear slides summaries with sources, insights, and implications.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in content-related roles (e.g., content marketing, copywriting, editing), project coordination, marketing operations, or related roles.
Strong attention to detail and organization able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Clear written and verbal communication in English ability to distill notes and present updates succinctly strong analytical skills to evaluate data and content performance.
Experience working with agencies listed above and managing multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, solution orientedoriented mindset comfortable asking clarifying questions and following through.
Familiarity with content workflows (briefs, reviews, approvals, versioning) and brand guidelines.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and project tools (Smartsheet, Jira).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regional roles or working across multiple markets.
Basic understanding of procurement workflows (SOWs, invoicing).
Experience in content QA or brand governance.
Strong working knowledge of Figma, Canva, AEM, DAM for light edits and content management.
Strong working knowledge of AIpowered tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to enhance workflow efficiency.
