SUMMARY:
As an Account Director, you are a commercial leader and strategic architect responsible for transforming client challenges into measurable business growthfor them and for us. You will own key client relationships, drive revenue expansion, and elevate our position as the most trusted data-led business growth partner in Taiwan.
This role demands someone who goes beyond answering client questionsyou will proactively diagnose commercial problems, design highimpact solutions, and influence senior stakeholders with bold, insightled recommendations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Commercial Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Own the growth ambition for assigned accounts, ensuring disciplined management of revenue and forecasting.
- Build and execute a structured commercial planidentifying whitespace opportunities, expanding solution penetration, and consistently meeting growth targets.
- Lead the commercial rhythm of the team: pipeline generation, proposal excellence, pricing discipline, and winrate improvement.
2. Strategic Client Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior decisionmakers in Taiwan's top FMCG manufacturers.
- Proactively diagnose clients core business issues and architect bespoke strategic solutions that influence consumer, brand, trade, and media decisionmaking.
- Deliver insightrich, forwardlooking recommendationstransforming data into compelling narratives that shape Csuite strategy, not just answer briefs.
3. Insight Integration & Solution Excellence
- Work handinhand with Advanced Analytics experts to champion new approaches, methods, and capabilities across client teams to elevate our analytical and advisory impact.
4. Market & Industry Influence
- Serve as a visible voice in the Taiwan business landscape, bringing sharp perspectives on market dynamics, category evolution, and consumer behaviour.

- 6+ years of data consultancy experience and a proven track record of driving commercial results.
- Strong analytical ability applied in a businessbuilding context

- Deep understanding of the Taiwan FMCG and retail landscape
- High proficiency in English and Mandarin; strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
