1. Responsible for handling business related to legal change management
a. Optimize the legal change management process to ensure that changes in relevant laws and regulations are Be able to properly identify and respond in a timely manner
b. Update legal change management-related databases and compliance manuals in a timely manner
c. Communicate with relevant units regarding changes in regulations, confirm assessments and confirm that response plans are implemented in accordance with legal requirements
2. Regularly conduct compliance self-assessments and compliance manual reviews
3. Regularly convene compliance manager meetings and legal compliance committee meetings
4. Carry out legal compliance risk assessments according to group requirements
5. Legality assessment of legal advisory opinions
6. Handle reporting cases/information disclosure-related matters
7. Assist in the implementation of projects/trial business
8. Prepare various business-related reports

Qualification conditions:
1. Educational requirements: University or above in law-related majors
2. Professional requirements:
-Have experience and knowledge related to life insurance and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations
-Have the professional ability to provide professional legal or regulatory opinions
3. Work Job functions:
-Integrity, good judgment and professionalism
-Possessing logical thinking, problem analysis, reporting, expression and communication skills
-Being able to establish good interactions and relationships with partners at work
-Being able to withstand stress and work efficiently
Must have good English communication and writing skills.
4. Work experience: At least 8 years of experience in the life insurance industry, and more than 5 years of legal compliance, legal or internal audit-related work experience is preferred.
