. Define and drive strategic communication plan, lead the team to achieve goals.
. Develop and implement innovative, creative and excellent content to build up Company's brand image and proposition.
. Plan, implement and manage communication programs, initiatives and events, both internal and external.
. Develop a strong network of relevant media publications and journalists and build relationships with key media.
. Coordinate external and internal communications among key stakeholders to implement communication related initiatives with good quality and schedule controlling.
. Cross-functional collaboration and project management with global office and local stakeholders.
. Develop and implement issues & crisis management communications strategy & messages, when needed

Reporting Line:

  • Reports to: Head of Corporate Affairs & Brand
  • Dotted line: Chief Customer & Marketing Officer
  • Primary Stakeholder: Chief Executive Officer

Role Purpose:

The Manager, Executive Communication Lead is responsible for supporting and managing all CEO-related communications and executive profile for both internal and external.

This role ensures the CEO's voice, tone, intent, and key messages are accurately and thoughtfully represented across communication platforms and to relevant stakeholders. Working closely with senior leadership and the Communications team, this role plays a critical part in shaping executive messaging and maintaining alignment with enterprise strategy.

This is a high-trust individual contributor role requiring strong editorial judgment, discretion, and stakeholder sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CEO Communications Management

Manage and support communications where the CEO is the voice or primary representative, including:

  • Internal Communications
  • CEO townhalls and leadership forums
  • All-staff messages and internal updates
  • Internal video messages
  • Sensitive organizational or strategic communications
  • Presentation materials for internal leadership meetings
  • External Communications
  • Key message for CEO speeches and remarks for all external events and platform such as interview, video, press release, social media, CEO speeches and remarks, etc
  • Support the logistic and coordination of all external event with CEO participation
  • be the go-to person to external stakeholders for CEO
  • explore award and speaking opportunities for CEO

2. Content Development & Editorial Oversight

  • Draft, edit, and refine CEO communications across formats
  • Ensure tone, messaging, and positioning align with CEO expectations
  • Identify potential sensitivities in language, visuals, and framing
  • Maintain consistency in CEO narrative across internal and external platforms

3. Strategic Alignment

  • Partner with the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer to align CEO messaging with business priorities and strategic themes
  • Collaborate with the Head of CA and Branding to ensure coherence between CEO communications and enterprise communications
  • Translate leadership intent into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
  • be the go-to person for all department for CEO communications or engagement with Centre's Communications team

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Communications team members (design, media, internal comms, corporate affairs) to execute CEO communications effectively
  • Coordinate timelines, content approvals, and delivery logistics
  • Ensure CEO communications are delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Support corporate events

Scope Boundaries:

This role focuses specifically on CEO-related communications and does not own:

  • Enterprise-wide communications strategy
  • Brand strategy or marketing campaigns
  • Corporate affairs or regulatory communications
  • Media strategy beyond CEO positioning

These areas remain under the Head of Corporate Affairs & Brand.

Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

  • 8-10 years of experience in communications, executive communications, internal communications, or related fields
  • Strong writing and editing capabilities across multiple formats
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or working in high-expectation environments
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Professional English proficiency

Preferred:

  • Background in journalism, speechwriting, or corporate communications
  • Experience in matrixed or fast-paced organizations

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder awareness
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and adjust messaging accordingly
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable handling ambiguity

  • Positive feedback from senior leadership
  • Reduced rework or escalation on CEO messaging
  • Effective coordination across teams
