At Asahi Beer Taiwan, we are launching our first-ever Commercial Trainee Programme and are looking for high-potential early-career talent to join the Sports Team!

This is a two-year structured development journey designed to build the next generation of FMCG commercial talent.

You will gain hands-on experience in the Commercial teams while receiving mentoring, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful business projects. The proposed programme provides a potential pathway into future roles in the Commercial Stream, subject to successful completion, performance evaluation, business needs, and role availability.

What You Will Do:

Throughout the programme, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to real commercial priorities and working with teams across the business. Depending on your placement and development journey, you will have opportunities to:

• Contribute to commercial initiatives and projects that support business growth
• Gain exposure to different customers, channels, markets, and commercial functions
• Support the planning and execution of key business activities
• Use data, market observations, and business information to identify opportunities and support decision-making
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver meaningful business outcomes
• Share ideas, bring fresh perspectives, and contribute to continuous improvement

• Senior Leadership Mentoring: Receive coaching, exposure, and development guidance from senior leaders
• Sales Operations & Insights Experience: Partner with Sales leaders on reporting, data processing, and business insights
• Cross-functional Projects: Gain exposure beyond your core responsibilities and build a broader understanding of the business
• Business Project Management: Take ownership of projects, coordinate stakeholders, and translate plans into measurable execution
• Buddy & Shadowing Opportunities: Learn directly from experienced colleagues and commercial leaders

Who We Are Looking For:

• Early-career talent with less than three years of working experience
• Strong ambition to build a long-term career in FMCG commercial functions
• Numerically driven, analytical, and curious about market and consumer insights
• Able to transform data into clear recommendations and business actions
• Confident in using PowerPoint and AI-powered productivity tools
• Data visualisation capability would be an advantage
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable collaborating across functions
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
