Role Description The Real Estate Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei. This position supports the management of Richemont's local real estate portfolio, including retail, office, and other commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating lease negotiations and renewals, maintaining accurate records of real estate data, and assisting with budgeting and cost tracking for property-related expenses. The Real Estate Associate will liaise with landlords, brokers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to support transactions and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role also involves contributing to site selection, supporting real estate development projects, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with strategic planning for space optimization and expansion.
Qualifications
  • Experience with leases and lease management, including reviewing terms and supporting negotiations.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate and market trends relevant to retail and office environments.
  • Background in real estate, including coordination of real estate transactions and related documentation.
  • Exposure to real estate development activities, such as site evaluation, project coordination, or fit-out processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with real estate or project management tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in luxury retail, property management, or corporate real estate is an advantage.
