Role Overview
The Commercial Marketing Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the commercial success of our product portfolio. Acting as a bridge between clinical expertise and commercial strategy, the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape market positioning, accelerate revenue growth, and expand market share within the healthcare sector.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns to drive product adoption, clinical utilization, and sustainable revenue growth.
- Value Proposition & Messaging: Collaborate with Product Management, Cross Functional Team and Commercial teams to distill complex clinical data into compelling value propositions and competitive positioning.
- Sales Enablement: Lead the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including technical sales tools, clinical brochures, executive presentations, and digital content to empower the business development team.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and customer feedback to evaluate ROI and pivot strategies for continuous improvement.
- KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers (HCPs), and advocacy groups to enhance brand authority and thought leadership.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee marketing budget allocation, ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet and exceed organizational objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain deep-dive knowledge of healthcare industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts to inform high-level decision-making.
Requirements
Essential
- Scientific Foundation: Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciencesor in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management specifically within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to interpret complex market data, identify clinical trends, and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Interpersonal Impact: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Agility: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment while managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Business Degree:MBA (Master of Business Administration) is highly preferred.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
