Role Description

As the Junior Business Development, your main objective will be to conduct business development activities, identify gaps in our process and operations, and implement changes that will enhance the team's performance. This role will also enable you to understand the end-to-end flow of working and optimizing our relationship with our partners to develop long term values.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
• Education: bachelor Degree
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience or familiarity with the travel tech industry, OTAs, or travel agencies is a plus.
