The CMPT CM Supply Chain Planner performs the following activities:
Responsibility
- Determine and improve the pipeline inventory level of Contract Manufacturing, and upstream supplier to enhance reliability.
- Schedule production based on sales orders
- Oversee production schedules, outputs, and supply reliability metrics
- Represent Supply Chain in Contract Manufacturing and promote excellence.
- Coordinate order prioritization through OAR process.
- Align production details with business strategy (cost, rate, inventory, customer service).
- Maintain and communicate schedules across the supply chain.
- Identify and resolve inventory, order, and quality issues with cross-functional teams.
- Manage non-product inventory, propose write-offs or outlets.
- Support key Business/Global Supply Chain projects.
- Coordinate secondary inventory processes like rework and repackaging.
- Analyze production standards and compare actual performance.
- Monitor and close process orders; ensure system and data integrity.
- Collaborate with commercial team to advance supply capability in Parter of Choice with customers
- Work with contract manufacturing to optimize plant schedules and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Having over three years of experience in supply chain or related fields
- Skilled in SAP/OMP, planning systems, data reporting platforms, and AI platforms
- APICs CPIM certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates should be responsible, demonstrate a positive work attitude, and show self-motivation.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
Educations
- Bachelor's degree in materials management, supply chain, engineering, or business degree
