Global Container Strategy: Align with Global HQ on Container architecture and management strategies..
Architecture Modernization: Provide architectural modernization design recommendations for core and digital systems (e.g., designing Middle Office / Middle-Platform architectures).
Must-Have
Development Tech: Strong proficiency in C#.Net / .NET Core OR Java.
Architecture & API: Deep knowledge of RESTful API, Microservices, and API Mock Test Methodology.
DevOps & Cloud: Expertise in Cloud, Container technologies, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, YAML Pipeline), DevSecOps, and Ansible.
AI Integration: Experience in implementing AI SDLC processes, specifically utilizing Claude Code.
Frameworks: Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Spring Data JPA) or Angular. Familiarity with API Gateway, Integration Frameworks, Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, and Shared Library/Common Utility Frameworks.
Version Control: Git / GitHub.
Language: Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing is a MUST) for global communication.

Domain Expertise: Prior experience in the industry, with a solid understanding of core business workflows.
Legacy Modernization Success: Proven track record of successfully leading Core-Hollowing or legacy migration projects
