1. Clinical technical Support & Clinical Excellence
- Serve as the technical expert for the robotic system, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and procedural issues that cannot be resolved by field service or distributor support.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for distributors, clinical application specialists, and surgical teams (surgeons, nurses, technicians).
- Provide hands-on support and technical guidance during critical first-in-human cases, complex procedures, and initial site rollouts.
- Collect and analyze technical performance data (e.g., system utilization, error logs, and procedure metrics) to identify areas for system and workflow improvement.
2. Distributor & Stakeholder Support
- Act as the technical point of contact in Taiwan market, ensuring they are fully equipped with the latest product knowledge, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop the strategies in products development included presentations, competitive analyses, and clinical proof points for commercial use.
- Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, including facilitating site visits, providing system updates, and gathering clinical feedback.
- Come up withcontent for local documents and digital marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- English Fluency in speaking, presentation, reading/writing documents.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, joint reconstruction experience is plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, distributors.
