Clerk I (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant) in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 534544) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree, with at least 2 years work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be a good team player with self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.

The appointee will provide support in education programme administration, organizing a variety of academic activities and events outreach initiatives, fostering connections with alumni and performing ad hoc and non-routine tasks as required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
