Job Description

  • Work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise & assist a team of crew on site.
  • Maintain & control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
  • Assist the Manager in maintaining up-to-date asset list.
  • Assist the Manager in scheduling for jobs & holiday leaves.
  • Monitor performance & absenteeism of crew.
  • Ensure that appropriate PPE are worn by crew.
  • Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager.
  • Upkeep all equipment.
  • Ensure company policies & standards are met by crew at all faclities.
  • Liaise & monitor work done by outsourced contractors.
  • Other duties assigned by the Manager or the Managerment.
