CLEANING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

You will supervise cleaning teams to ensure effective daily cleaning operations at client sites, monitor activities, maintain equipment records, and manage staff deployment and attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning crews to execute daily cleaning tasks efficiently at client premises
• Monitor cleaning activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning equipment and inventory in the store
• Follow up on client schedules and special cleaning requests promptly
• Deploy staff effectively and manage their clock-in and clock-out attendance in the system
• Assign cleaning duties and perform hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary
• Utilize basic computer skills to support administrative and operational tasks
