Chip Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer-Data (Shenzhen)

1. Responsible for designing complex SOC analog circuit IP 2. Define the architectural solution for product adaptation 3. Complete the entire process from IP definition to product implementation under advanced technology 4. Design ADC/DAC, DC/DC, LDO, Amplifier, Reference Generator, temperature, voltage, power consumption sensors, DDR, UCIE and other interconnection interfaces.

1. Master's degree or above, major in electronic engineering, more than 5 years of experience in analog, digital-analog hybrid design 2. Experience in AMS model development and verification, experience in designing complex IP, such as DC/DC, LDO, Bandgap, Amplifier, ADC/DAC, DDR UCIE and other interconnect interfaces 3. Have knowledge of semiconductor device physics, understand the peripheral analog devices of the CPU, and understand the use of various sensors (voltage, current, power consumption, temperature) inside the CPU 4. Be proficient in using Cadence design software and be able to collaborate on analog circuit layout design.
