Chief Technology Officer

The Vision

Our client is a premier, multi-disciplinary healthcare provider in Singapore. As the Group CTO, you will be the primary architect of their digital future. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for pivoting the technology landscape from a support function to a core competitive advantage. You will spearhead an AI-first strategy, building the scalable infrastructure required to revolutionize patient care and operational efficiency across the group's extensive network.

Core Pillars of Responsibility

1. Strategic Tech & AI Roadmap

• Architect and execute a group-wide technology strategy that integrates AI, Machine Learning, and Automation into core service delivery.
• Translate complex business objectives into a future-ready technical roadmap, ensuring scalability and robust security for sensitive healthcare data.

2. Product Engineering & Delivery Excellence

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-performance applications, enterprise integrations, and data ecosystems.
• Maintain a security-by-design approach, ensuring all systems meet the highest standards of data governance and reliability.

3. Global Talent Leadership

• Build, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering culture across local and offshore distributed teams.
• Drive a culture of accountability, rapid iteration, and technical excellence.

4. Business & Vendor Orchestration

• Act as a strategic partner to the C-suite, aligning technology investments with commercial growth and clinical outcomes.
• Manage high-value vendor partnerships and technology budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

The Ideal Profile Requirements

• Proven Tech Pioneer: Significant experience leading technology or engineering functions, with a track record of building complex, scalable platforms from the ground up.
• Engineering Leader: At least 5 years of experience managing multi-site or offshore engineering teams (distributed talent management).
• AI & Data Native: Deep, hands-on experience implementing AI-driven solutions and automation that solve real-world business problems.
• Stakeholder Influence: Ability to speak the language of both code and business, influencing senior management and board-level decisions.
