Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's technology and AI strategies aligned with business priorities. Oversee the design and development of scalable systems and platforms to meet operational and commercial requirements. Drive initiatives related to AI, automation, and data to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery. Manage end-to-end technology delivery, including applications, integrations, data management, and security. Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, integrating both local and offshore talent, ensuring accountability and execution excellence. Maintain the technology roadmap and architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and readiness for future challenges. Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. Ensure successful execution of key technology projects, adhering to defined scope, timelines, and expected outcomes. Establish governance, standards, and best practices in systems, security, and development processes. Manage relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring optimal value and performance from technology investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience leading technology or engineering functions with responsibility for systems, teams, and outcomes. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing engineering or IT teams, including distributed or offshore teams. Demonstrated ability to build and deliver applications, platforms, or internal systems from inception to deployment. Experience in defining and executing technology roadmaps, including architecture, integrations, and scalability aspects. Strong background in implementing AI, automation, and data-driven solutions. Exceptional stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management to align business and technology objectives.
