About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with a leading venture capital in identifying a COO for one its acquired portfolio in Taiwan. We are looking to onboard someone with leadership experience in Taiwan listed corporates, web3 and in general a strong business acumen commercially.

About your role

• Coordinate and execute strategic business alignment between the Venture Capital team and the Taiwan-listed affiliate.
• Serve as part of the management team within the Taiwan-listed company, ensuring compliance, governance, and strong operational performance.
• Lead and coordinate all communications and reports related to the Taiwan-listed company for Venture capital and its potential investors.
• Drive cross-border collaboration, streamline corporate governance processes, and support fundraising or partnership initiatives when required.
• Provide leadership across finance, operations, and portfolio management functions to ensure consistent growth and sustainable business practices.

What you will need to succeed

.

• Proven track record in senior management, ideally as COO, CEO, or equivalent in a publicly listed company.
• Strong command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior international work experience or exposure to cross-border business operations preferred.
• Background in finance, investment management, or corporate strategy is a strong advantage.
• Taiwan residency or eligibility to work in Taiwan preferred
