Chief Financial Strategist, Digital Asset Strategy Division

The Digital Asset Strategy Division was established by Dafeng TV (6184.TW) to lead the companys Bitcoin reserve strategy. The divisions mission is to transform Dafeng into Taiwans first publicly listed Bitcoin reserve company, through prudent financial management, innovative capital market operations, and transparent governance.

Capital Markets Operations:

Design and execute financing plansincluding preferred shares, corporate bonds, Formosa bonds, and equity issuanceto support long-term Bitcoin reserves.

Financial Governance:

Ensure accurate reporting of Bitcoin and other non-operating assets in compliance with IFRS and FSC/TWSE regulations.

Investor Relations:

Build strong communication channels with shareholders, institutional investors, and analysts, clearly articulating the value of the companys transformation.

Treasury & Risk Control:

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and asset security. Establish custody and verification mechanisms for Bitcoin holdings.

Risk Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive frameworks to address market volatility, liquidity, credit, and operational risks, balancing innovation with financial prudence.

Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain transparent engagement with the FSC, TWSE, and external auditors to ensure accurate and complete disclosure.

Strategic Execution:

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, translating the companys vision into actionable financial strategies.

Proven experience as CFO, Deputy GM, or equivalent senior finance executive in a Taiwan-listed company.

Deep familiarity with capital markets; prior leadership in bond issuance, preferred shares, or structured financing projects.

Expertise in IFRS and Taiwan financial regulations, with hands-on experience in liaising with the FSC, TWSE, and auditors.

Strong investor relations skills; ability to build trust and credibility with the investment community.

Comprehensive risk management capabilities across market, liquidity, credit, and operational dimensions.

Strategic mindset, capable of balancing innovation with financial discipline.

Strong English proficiency for engagement with international investors.
