Job Responsiblities:
(1) Develop and maintain strong relationships:
Establish and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with key account stakeholders, including falicity manager, project manager and IT manager.
(2) Account Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute channel/account plans, including forecasts, sales strategies, pipelines review/management and pricing solutions.
(3) Solution Development:
Understanding client needs and developing and implementing solutions using Eaton's power portfolio of products and services.
(4) Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams (Product marketing, Marcom, Logistic, Customer service etc.) to align on account strategy and execute plans effectively.
(5) Customer Satisfaction:
Proactively address channel partner/customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
(6) Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor market trends, analyze customer usage/applicaiotn and provide regular reports on channel partner performance.
