Job Description

Summary

This position is responsible for orchestrating a high-performance distribution network to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth. The role balances strategic partner management, sales training, and indirect sales execution to expand the project funnel. You will be the primary link between the organization and its local distribution partners, ensuring they are equipped, motivated, and aligned with corporate engagement standards to exceed commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee local distribution partners to ensure they consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while maintaining strict adherence to established rules of engagement.
  • Aggressively drive partner productivity by implementing sales best practices, providing comprehensive product training, and offering continuous technical support.
  • Lead multifaceted enterprise solution sales in collaboration with partners, including the end-to-end management of the RFP (Request for Proposal) process.
  • Partner with marketing teams to design and execute programs, events, and lead-generation initiatives aimed at securing new prospects through the channel.
  • Define and execute customized sales plans for key partners, ensuring long-term alignment and maximizing total partnership potential.
  • Maintain high pipeline visibility by providing detailed weekly reports on sales forecasts, account status, and lead movement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging product technologies to ensure the company's offerings remain highly competitive.
  • Responsible for drafting professional presentations, detailed project reports, and accurate price quotations.

Core Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent professional certification.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience with a strong existing network of distributors and channel partners.
  • Deep understanding of the local landscape, including customer segments, key competitors, and supplier ecosystems.
  • Strong competence in business administration and the ability to manage complex commercial contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead external partners to achieve corporate objectives.
