Job Description
Own and manage
end-to-end channel strategy for
Costco, CVS, and PCS, driving sustainable growth and profitability
Develop
annual joint business plans (JBP) with key customers, including sales targets, promotion plans, assortment, and pricing strategy
Lead, coach, and develop a
team of 2 channel/key account members, ensuring strong execution excellence and talent growth
Drive
sell-in / sell-out performance, monitor KPIs, and optimize trade investment efficiency
Collaborate closely with
Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure aligned execution
The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing Costco is highly preferred; experience with CVS / PCS is a strong plus
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a small team
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
