Lead research and design of cultural and learning experiences that drive organizational transformation. Provide insights,facilitateworkshops, and support change initiatives to ensure adoption and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design learning and change experiences (workshops, training programs, cultural events).
  • Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams, including hybrid and virtual formats.
  • Support adoption of transformation practices and new platforms (e.g., Kyndryl Bridge).
  • Conduct cultural diagnostics through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and organizational tools.
  • Create narratives and materials that reinforce desired culture and values.
  • Partner on high-impact initiatives (The Kyndryl Way values, Engagement Survey results, customer experience needs).
  • Identify cultural barriers and propose interventions.
  • Collaborate with internal communication and learning teams.

Desired Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years in user experience research, organizational design, cultural transformation, or change management.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and complex conversations.
  • Advanced qualitative research: interviews, focus groups, cultural pattern mapping, narrative analysis.
  • Project management expertise: planning, execution, and delivery of change initiatives.
  • Empathy and active listening to understand leaders and employees needs.
  • Creative thinking and assertive communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including survey and data analysis tools).
  • Experience facilitating hybrid sessions with large groups (100 participants).
  • Plus: experience in technology, consulting, or infrastructure services.
