1. Capital Markets & Market Cap Management
- Develop and execute acapital markets and market capitalization strategyaligned with long-term value creation.
- Manageinvestor relations, including institutional investor relationships, analyst communication, roadshows and results announcements.
- Shape and refine the company'sequity story, ensuring it reflects business fundamentals and future growth levers.
- Monitorvaluation drivers, peer trends, market sentiment and share performanceto assess risks and opportunities.
- Advise oncapital structure, financing options, timing of transactions and external communications.
2. Group Finance & Operations
- OverseeFP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, internal controls and compliance.
- Build atechnology-enabled finance functionwith strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
- Drivebudgeting, long-range planning and performance management, ensuring alignment with growth priorities.
- Maintain strongcash flow, liquidity and working capitalpractices; manage external financial institutions.
- Enhancefinance processes, systems and controlsto support future expansion.
3. Strategic Partnering
- Partner with the CEO and executive team oncorporate strategy, investments, partnerships and M&A.
- Provide financial insight across new business opportunities, product expansion and geographic development.
- SupportM&A execution, including modeling, valuation, due diligence and integration planning.
- Translate strategy intoclear financial KPIs and performance measures.
4. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevantlisting requirements, accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Oversee keyfinancial risk areaswith appropriate mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with the Board and audit committee on governance topics.
- Promote a culture oftransparency, accountability and ethical financial management.
The Successful Applicant
Background & Experience
- 15+ years infinance, investment banking or capital markets, with strong exposure to publicly traded environments.
- Experience ininvestment banking (ECM/M&A/TMT/healthcare), or a blend ofbanking plus corporate finance/CFO experience.
- Experience intechnology, internet, platform or digital businessespreferred; exposure to health-tech or insurance is beneficial.
- Strong track record invaluation, capital markets engagement and investor communication.
- Demonstrated capability in managing a complex finance organization, including FP&A and controllership.

- Strongstrategic and commercial thinking, linking operations with capital markets expectations.
- Advancedfinancial modeling, valuation and analytical abilities.
- Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with experience establishing scalable finance processes.
