Responsibility
1. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the CFD and forex industry.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and target audience needs.
3. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
4. Create engaging and high-quality digital content, including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and website copy.
5. Ensure all content is culturally relevant, compliant with industry regulations, and optimized for SEO.
6. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
7. Leverage hands-on experience in the CFD industry and forex knowledge to create targeted and impactful campaigns.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform campaign strategies.
9. Write, edit, and proofread professional Chinese content for various marketing channels.
10. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in both English and Chinese.
11. Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
12. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for campaign management and content creation.
Requirements
1. Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in campaign management and digital content creation.
3. Proven hands-on experience in the CFD industry and strong knowledge of forex markets.
4. Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin is a MUST.
5. Exceptional professional writing skills in Chinese are a must.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc).
7. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
8. Strong organizational and project management skills.
9. Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

1. Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
2. Experience and knowledges in copy trading products.
3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
4. Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
