Job Description

() CAD Engineer IC

1. Develop and maintain DRC related Calibre SVRF/TVF rule deck and tech file.
2. Develop and maintain dummy-fill utility to enlarge margin of processes.
3. Support designer/layout to fix design rule related issue.
4. Maintain Laker GUI for layout users.
5. Build and optimize automation flows (Python/TCL/Perl).

1. Experience in Calibre SVRF/TVF.
2. Have basic programming skill (Python/TCL/Perl).
3. Have DRAM/FLASH/WOW process related knowledge.
4. Experience in Layout Editor(Laker/Virtuoso) is a plus.
5. Experience in device related information is a plus.
