Job description
We are now seeking for C&B Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a full spectrum of C&B strategies aligned with the group's business goals and objectives
- Design, manage, and execute competitive direct rewards and incentive programs that comply with statutory requirement across all markets.
- Work closely with both leaders for the development and evaluation of pay and benefits structure
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key insights to ensure competitiveness of the organization
- Prepare and consolidate the necessary reports and presentations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in compensation, and benefits management within a corporate environment, preferably hospitality background
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, practices, and regulations
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
