Role Description

Nextlink Technology is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst for an on-site, full-time role based in Taipei City. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to aid decision-making. The role involves defining business requirements, evaluating business processes, and creating detailed reports as well as supporting executive managers present and communicate insights. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to support strategic planning and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to gather, interpret, and visualize complex data effectively
• Expertise in Business Process and Business Requirements to analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
• Strong Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a collaborative environment
