Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader for Digital Product Engineering, you will support the development of new Digital Product Engineering opportunities and the delivery of successful Digital Product Engineering engagements to clients. You will combine sales strategy with delivery leadership to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the business outcomes desired by the client. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Business Strategy: Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, aligning with client needs and expectations. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This includes regular communication, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Oversee Delivery Execution: Lead the delivery of Digital Product Engineering engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks.
- Drive Business Outcomes: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, ensuring that delivered products meet these needs and drive desired outcomes. This involves collaborating with clients to define success metrics and measuring progress against these metrics.
