About The Opportunity

Were looking for a dynamic Strategic Programs Manager to join our Core Operations team, focusing on initiatives that span our Technology, Operations, and Product functions. Youll report to the VP of Operations and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver programs that drive operational excellence, scale our technology platforms, and enhance our product offerings. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to have a tangible impact on our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional programs across Engineering, Product, and Operations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to translate business goals into actionable project plans, with clear milestones and accountability.
  • Optimize workflows and champion process improvements that elevate operational efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Develop insightful reports and dashboards for the Chief of Staff and executive leadership.
  • Support governance initiatives related to technology standards, vendor management, and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or strategy roles in tech-driven environments.
  • Strong grasp of deploying process and operational frameworks.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (written & spoken).
