- Lead and manage multiple complex programs and projects across global business units.
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, align resources, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Use data analytics tools to extract insights, forecast trends, and drive performance improvements.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project outcomes and efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams to align on objectives, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Facilitate governance processes, stakeholder updates, and post-project retrospectives.
- Identify risks and propose data-driven mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support strategic decision-making by translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage segment and WW BU interlocks
- Engage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and involvement within the Geo and WW organizations on project deliverables
- Oversee the management of the Go Live process including User Acceptance testing (UAT), POC, communication, and training coordination
