We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and proactive partner to join our General Manager's Office. This is not a traditional administrative role; you will serve as a strategic right-hand to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Efficiency
Strategic Scheduling: Orchestrate the General Manager's daily agenda, optimizing travel itineraries and meeting flows to maximize productivity.
Meeting Facilitation: Curate pre-meeting briefings and materials to ensure effective discussions. Produce precise meeting minutes and rigorously track post-meeting resolutions to ensure follow-through.
2. Business Intelligence & Operations
Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead the collection and analysis of business data for the GM Office. Utilize Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to transform raw data into visual insights that support high-level decision-making.
CRM System Management: Act as a key user for Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of business data within the system.
Information Management: Architect efficient digital filing systems to ensure critical commercial documents, presentations, and reports are organized, accurate, and kept strictly confidential.
3. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between the GM, internal departments, and external partners. Ensure instructions are communicated clearly and execution status is reported accurately.
Project Tracking: assist in mapping out project milestones, monitoring Action Items across departments, and driving teams toward on-time delivery.
Requirements
Professional Background
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience. Backgrounds in Sales Assistance, Data Analysis, or Project Coordination are highly preferred.
Tech Stack: Mastery of MS Office and Google Workspace is required. Strong preference given to candidates with Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
Data Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a significant plus.
