Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Operations Associate to join our team in Taiwan. In this on-site role, you will analyze operational processes, assist with financial planning, and contribute to strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize workflows, ensure efficient resource allocation, and generate insightful reports. The Business Operations Associate will also facilitate effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Operations and an understanding of operational workflows and strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office,Power BI,Google Workspace,GCP Looker Looker and Salesforce; knowledge of cloud services is an advantage

• Proficient Analytical and Finance skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and financial planning
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
