Business Manager - Greater China

The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercial leader to drive our fiveyear strategy, deliver annual sales and profit targets, and elevate brand presence across key airports and customers in Greater China, focusing on Taipei, Mainland China, Hong Kong and selected Asia markets.

You will:

Lead strategic market and customer plans to deliver sustainable top and bottomline growth.

Strengthen distribution, visibility and activation for our luxury malt portfolio.

Negotiate pricing, terms and investment with major travel retail partners (e.g., CDFG, Sunrise, Everrich, Tasameng).

Track and improve brand space, SKU listings and premium visibility across priority airports.

Build strong seniorlevel relationships and influence through regular customer engagement and airport visits.

Collaborate virtually across time zones with our GTR team and leadership in Scotland.

You will bring:

Proven success managing complex, multimarket customers.

A track record of delivering profitable P&L growth.

Strong understanding of travel retail dynamics.

Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

Ability to build and execute highquality customer brand plans.

Fluency in Mandarin and English.
