Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for leading and managing the sales and recruitment teams, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy. This role involves analyzing market trends, developing client relationships, formulating and executing policies, and overseeing operational excellence. The Business Manager leads a team of recruiters and plays a key role in coaching and motivating staff, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high standards of performance in the team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement local business strategy in line with corporate/regional direction and local market realities and convert them into actionable strategies for the business.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and developments, new projects, and client needs to optimize local business strategy and support effective decision making.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients and other industry players and develop opportunities by promoting the company's full range of services and solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within local and international markets and drive the development of opportunities to close in line with company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, manage, develop and motivate the sales and recruitment team to achieve company and personal targets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve process and team efficiency in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with international and local laws, regulations, and company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in business development, sales, or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy sector and recruitment/staffing industry.
  • Solid knowledge of market trends, client management, and contract compliance.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Experience working in an international organization and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English (required) and Mandarin (preferred)
