Job Description

Position Headline:

Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in selling assigned products to customers, who sell Siemens products to their own customer base, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.

Your Mission and Responsibilities:

Ensures business Partners onboarding and assigns adequate training to them.

Analyses distributors markets, strategy, position and needs, investigates and evaluates specific business opportunities.

Responsible for business partner development and drives partner growth.

Performs and aligns quarterly business reviews with business partners.

Implement sign a Partner Target Agreement (PTA) with the Business partner.

May support strategic key customers business development.

Develop and execute business partner sales promotion program and incentive program.

May act as point of contact in commercial matters.

Monitors business Partners performance and access measurement if necessary.

Conduct compliance monitoring according to company's guidance.

Collaboration with marketing staffs to ensure and implement GTM strategy.

Your Qualifications and Experiences:

Over or bachelor's degree with fluency in English.

At least 5-8 years of related experience in healthcare industry and IVD market (POC) experience is preferred.

Experience with business partner management is preferred.

Experience with contract management and understanding of financing topics in lines with regular sales report.
